You announced today that ticket sales will cease as of September 11, and I was wondering if the schedule for Q&As, etc. will be released before then?

Hey postpostpostscript,
The finalized full schedule will be up approximately a week and half before the event. This is so we can finalize the autograph and photograph times, to make sure attendees have enough time to meet & chat up the celebs and get their photos/autos.
To give you a better idea of how the event works, here is a rundown:
Friday registration is starting at 1pm, with panels in the afternoon and opening ceremonies at 7pm. After this we will have the Horrible Turn screening and the Dessert Party meet n greet. Saturday starts up at 9am with photo ops and autographs running till 3pm. During this time you can join us in the main room for Geek Off tournament rounds, "Done the Impossible" screening, Whedon Improv and more. We will then have the guest talks all afternoon one after another so you don't miss any! This is why we have put autographs/photographs in the morning. Our evening will end with the charity auction at 7:30pm. Then we'll all come back at 9:30pm for the Red carpet masquerade and dance! Party till late!! Sunday is a similar schedule with photo ops/autographs in the morning starting at 9am, guest talks in the afternoon in the main room, and closing ceremonies ending at 5pm. I hope this gives you a clear idea of what's in store!

So the daily passes are effectively useless, because we won't know until after the deadline when each star is doing their talk. We're stuck buying a ticket for the whole weekend.
Poor organization.

So, basically you're forcing people who want to see more than one Q&A to buy a Bronze pass (as opposed to a single day pass) by closing ticket sales before the schedule is released even though there is a possibility that everything they want to see will be on either Saturday or Sunday?

Hi guys,
I think you may have misunderstood. Each star is doing one talk on Saturday and one talk on Sunday. Same with autographs/photo ops. So if you choose to go on Saturday only or Sunday only you will still see all the guests at a Q&A session.

Oh! I did misunderstand. Sorry about that! That's great! Thanks for the information (and sorry for getting kind of snippy)!
Just to confirm: I notice that gold ticket holders get in first, silver second, bronze third, and the day tickets last. Will there be enough room in the hall for everyone who has purchased a ticket to see the Q&A, or will it be a first-come-first-serve basis?
Thanks again.

No problem! That's why we are here, to answer all your questions! Our goal is to provide the best experience for fans, and the most interaction at an intimate event. We welcome all comments because they help us to improve the event.

There will be enough room for everyone. We only sell as many tickets as there is room in the main hall. There will not be one more person above this limit. So you don't have to worry about missing any guest talk.

Made the assumption they'd only be doing Q&A sessions once (as with other conventions). Awesome to know we can buy a day ticket for whichever day we want and not miss out.
